DRG 20 – Mobile Closed-Circuit Crushing and Screening Plant with New Technology
The new generation DRG 20 closed-circuit crushing and screening system is fully integrated into a single platform and is transportable by a truck. It has been specially designed by the DRG R&D Group for quick installation. It can perform all the tasks that traditional crusher plants can do, and even more. It is one of the most preferred machines in both the global and Turkish markets.
Existing Machines and Equipment in the System:
Vibrating Feeder and Hopper
The feeder system is driven by two vibratory motors, ensuring smooth operation and minimal maintenance. The hopper is suitable for feeding with an excavator or loader, and for continuous operations, additional hoppers can be fed by truck.
All wear points on the feeder and hopper are protected with replaceable wear armor. The wear armor at these points is bolted and can be easily replaced.
The additional hopper can be opened and closed via a hydraulic system, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly.
There is a screening system on the feeder table, with a zigzag grid system suitable for screening coarse materials. The bypass conveyor allows screened soil or fine materials to be directed to a stockpile or, when needed, redirected to the main belt via a flapped channel. This allows non-crushable ores or stones to be conveyed to the stockpile or fed to the main belt without being crushed, increasing the overall capacity.
DRG 20 Advanced Turbo Crusher System
The DRG 20 crusher system performs primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing with a specially designed, heavy-duty turbo crusher.
Rotor: 1500 x 1400 mm
The rotors are specially manufactured, with wear-prone areas filled with hard electrode welding for durability against wear.
Feed chute: 1500 x 1300 mm
Motor power: 250 – 315 kW
The crusher drive system is powered by a motor tensioning system controlled by a hydraulic system, enabling smooth operation.
